Communities on Microsoft Teams

This project was conducted for the graduate course PSYC 6023: Research Methods for HCI. My team partnered with Microsoft to understand the needs of admins (community owners) managing online and offline communities, and incorporate the learnings by designing features for them. The team designed 5 new product features and ran usability tests to report findings.
